Home Scents Helps You Sell Your Home

Most realtors observe the scents are pleasing hoping to make a faster sale. But according to new research some of the scents when preparing in selling home can actually turn off buyers.

Potpourri, chocolate-chips cookies, gourmet foods, and other baked goods are some of the worst scents for real estate open houses. While on the other hand lemon, green tea, cedar, pine, basil, and basil are some of the best smells.

According to the research more shoppers spent on a store where stores had a simple orange scent over a more complex scents, basil and green tea all combined and these has been applied to open houses to help provide insight into the smell.

Potential home buyer can be distracted to complex scents such as bake goods.  Instead of simple scents like pine, lemon, and cedar are easier to process and less distracting.
